Overview
​
During the first visit, we make a special effort to address your concerns and answer questions. Your medical and dental history will be reviewed. A comprehensive examination of the oral cavity as well as an oral cancer screening will be performed. Necessary radiographs, photographs, and sometimes impressions may be taken. After gathering the necessary information, an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is developed. This is critical to a successful long term oral health.

Directions and Parking

We are located at 637 E Golf Rd Suite 205 Arlington Heights, IL 60005. It is on the southeast corner of Golf Rd and Goebbert Rd in Arlington Heights. There is ample parking in front of the office and the parking lot entrance is on Goebbert just south of Golf.

What to Expect
We encourage you to be well prepared for your first visit so Dr. Lee and her team have all of the necessary information to provide you the best possible care. Educate yourself on your symptoms and please let us know what your main concerns are. If you are having pain, swelling, or if something just doesn’t feel right, please bring it to our attention. We are here to serve you in the best ways possible.
